Shipping Policy

Every piece is prepared with care and intention. We want your order to arrive with the same ease we put into creating it.

1. Studio Processing

To maintain our standards of quality, please allow up to 7 business days for our studio to hand-inspect, steam, and carefully package your order prior to dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates & Expectations

Canada: 19–23 business days (Standard Carbon-Neutral Delivery).

USA: 13–15 business days via DHL Express Priority.

UK & Europe: 14–15 business days via DHL Express Premium.

International: 15–17 business days via DHL Express Global.

Note: Delivery times include our processing window and a safety buffer for customs clearance.

3. Duties & Customs

For all orders outside of Canada, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the courier upon arrival.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

All international shipments are fully insured. Please contact us at contact@evelynjegz.com within 7 days of delivery if your package arrives damaged.

Returns & Exchanges

Effective: May 1, 2026

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we are here to resolve it as easily as possible.

1. Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as final sale

2. Eligibility

Full-price items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

3. What We Offer

Exchange: Subject to stock availability.

Store Credit: Issued as a digital code valid for 12 months.

Refunds: Only offered if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
